Basketball Game Preview: Bluejacket Chieftains vs. Oaks-Mission Warriors

Bluejacket is on a four-game streak of home losses, Oaks-Mission a five-game streak of away losses dating back to last season, but someone's luck will change on Tuesday. The Bluejacket Chieftains will host the Oaks-Mission Warriors at 6:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Bluejacket is headed into the matchup having just suffered their closest defeat since December 13, 2024 on Thursday. They fell just short of Cave Springs by a score of 44-41.

Meanwhile, Oaks-Mission was beaten by Welch 57-20 on Tuesday. The game marked the Warriors' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Bluejacket's loss dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Oaks-Mission, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-8.
