Mingo Central is headed into Tuesday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their eighth straight game dating back to last season on Monday. They came up short against Pike County Central, falling 15-5.

Keziah Joplin made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored three runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-4. Those three runs gave him a new career-high. Corey Mahon also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.

Belfry's defeat dropped their record down to 7-2. As for Mingo Central, their loss dropped their record down to 0-7.
