Baseball Recap: North Shore Comes Up Short

North Shore fell victim to Goose Creek Memorial and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Patriots, falling 6-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Mustangs of the 8-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2024.

North Shore's defeat was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-17. As for Goose Creek Memorial, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-10-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. North Shore is set to square off against their familiar foe Atascocita at 7:00 p.m. on April 8. Meanwhile, Goose Creek Memorial will face off against rival Summer Creek at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
