Southern extended their road winning streak to ten games thanks to a huge performance from Jayden Weaver. The Southern Rams strolled past the Keyser Golden Tornado with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 59-44 thanks in part to Weaver, who went 11-for-17 on her way to 24 points in addition to five boards and five steals. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in points.

Emelee Parks was another key player, putting up ten points and five assists. She continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played.

Southern has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 games, which provided a nice bump to their 19-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.3 points over those games. As for Keyser, their loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 14-4.

Looking ahead, Southern will head out to challenge Grafton at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Grafton will roll in looking for their 20th straight victory, something Southern surely won't give up without a fight. As for Keyser, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 53-41 win against Hedgesville on the 19th.
