Baseball Recap: Pleasant Hill Comes Up Short

Pleasant Hill came into their game on Monday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 8-0 to the Molalla Indians. The matchup marked the first time this season in which the Billies were not able to get on the board.

Pleasant Hill's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-2. As for Molalla, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Coincidentally, Pleasant Hill and Molalla will both be playing Valley Catholic the next time they take the field. The Indians will host the Valiants at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Billies will head out to face them at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
