After a string of four wins, Jefferson's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chapel Hill Red Devils. The Bulldogs were not able to make up for their defeat to the Red Devils from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Jefferson's loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Chapel Hill, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Coming up, Jefferson is taking a road trip to take on Marshall at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Chapel Hill, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Harmony on the 16th.
