Volleyball Recap: Ladysmith Triumphs

After losing to Baldwin-Woodville the last time they met, Ladysmith decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Lumberjacks came out on top against the Blackhawks by a score of 2-0 on Saturday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Lumberjacks.

While Ladysmith won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-20.

Ladysmith's win bumped their record up to 9-13. As for Baldwin-Woodville, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-12.

Ladysmith has already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Amery on the 20th. As for Baldwin-Woodville, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Ashland on the 20th.
