Baseball Recap: Camden Blue Devils vs. Central Valley Academy Thunder
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Holland Patent, Camden was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top against the Central Valley Academy Thunder by a score of 7-2. The Blue Devils haven't had any issues with the Thunder recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Camden got a massive performance out of Adam Gonzalez, who went 3-for-4 with two stolen bases and three runs. The Blue Devils are undefeated when Gonzalez posts two or more runs, but 1-4 otherwise. Caden Grygiel was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.
Camden was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .375. That's the best batting average they've posted all season.
The victory got Camden back to even at 4-4. As for Central Valley Academy, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season.
We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Camden is set to challenge their familiar foe Oneida at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Central Valley Academy will take on rival Vernon-Verona-Sherrill at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
