Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Aubrey Kistler and Hayleigh Chocholka Lead Hickman County to Victory + How To Watch

Hickman County lost to Waverly Central back in August, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Bulldogs blew past the Tigers 3-0. The victory was some much needed relief for the Bulldogs as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Hickman County never let Waverly Central on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-15, 25-23.

Hickman County was led to victory by Hayleigh Chocholka and Aubrey Kistler. Chocholka had 18 digs, while Kistler had 15 digs. With that strong performance, Chocholka is now averaging an impressive 10.1 digs per game. Kitty Bates also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

Hickman County's record now sits at 5-7. As for Waverly Central, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-8.

Looking ahead, Hickman County will square off against Hampshire at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Waverly Central, they will take on East Hickman County at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
