Football Recap: Hemingway Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Hemingway's offense. They were outmatched by the Latta Vikings and fell 38-0. The Tigers have struggled against the Vikings recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Hemingway's record is now 0-4. As for Latta, they pushed their record up to 6-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Hemingway will take on rival Carvers Bay at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Tigers 12, the Bears 12.4) so any points scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Latta is set to square off against their familiar foe Lake View at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
