Skyline is 6-1 against Manassas Park since September of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Hawks will host the Cougars at 7:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Despite their defeat, Skyline saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Zayden Burks, who rushed for 124 yards and one TD, was perhaps the best of all. Burks showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 60 yards.

Meanwhile, Manassas Park played a tough matchup on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They had to suffer through a 58-7 loss at the hands of Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology. The Cougars were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 38-7.

Skyline's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Manassas Park, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 0-3.
