It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Geneva can now relate to. They took a 17-14 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Evangelical Christian Sentinels on Wednesday. The Knights' loss signaled the end of their 11-game winning streak.

Geneva got a massive performance out of Emma Bastian, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Ella Ingram was another key player, going 2-for-4 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs.

Geneva's defeat dropped their record down to 22-4. As for Evangelical Christian, the victory (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 28-3.

As of now, neither Geneva nor the Sentinels have any future games scheduled.
