Bellevue posted their closest victory since February 9, 2024 on Monday. They skirted past the Villa Madonna Vikings 50-48. The Tigers didn't have much to brag about two games back, but this win makes it their second in a row.

Villa Madonna's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jay Meyers, who posted eight points in addition to nine rebounds and three blocks. Another player making a difference was Quinn Thomas, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 11 boards.

Bellevue's victory bumped their record up to 5-17. As for Villa Madonna, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 12 matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-19 record this season.
