Volleyball Recap: South Bend Career Academy Comes Up Short + How To Watch

South Bend Career Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to the LaVille Lancers. The Trailblazers were not able to make up for their loss to the Lancers from their previous meeting back in October of 2023.

While South Bend Career Academy ultimately came up short, they really made LaVille work, particularly in the fourth set. The final score came out to 25-23, 23-25, 25-16, 26-24.

South Bend Career Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-13. As for LaVille, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-14.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. South Bend Career Academy will head out to take on Lakeland Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for LaVille, after both having extra time off, they and Bremen will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:00 p.m. on the 16th.
