Baseball Game Preview: Hydro-Eakly Bobcats vs. Binger-Oney Bobcats

Hydro-Eakly will square off against Binger-Oney at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The timing is sure in Hydro-Eakly's favor as the squad sits on four straight wins at home (dating back to last season) while Binger-Oney has been banged up by four consecutive losses on the road also dating back to last season.

On Saturday, Hydro-Eakly was able to grind out a solid victory over Regent Prep, taking the game 8-3. That's two games straight that the Bobcats have won by exactly five runs.

Meanwhile, Binger-Oney had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They came up short against Union City on Monday, falling 14-3.

Easton Allen was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 1-for-1 with two RBI and one run.

Hydro-Eakly's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Binger-Oney, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.

Hydro-Eakly got the 'W' in their previous matchup back in April of 2025 against Binger-Oney by a conclusive 9-2 score. Does Hydro-Eakly have another victory up their sleeve, or will Binger-Oney turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
