Baseball Recap: Northridge Academy Takes a Loss

Northridge Academy lost against Monroe back in February of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Northridge Academy Pumas lost 21-7 to the Monroe Vikings.

Carlos Cordero was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run and stealing four bases while going 1-for-2. Oscar Zamora Hernandez was another key player, scoring a run and stealing three bases while going 1-for-2.

Northridge Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Monroe, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Northridge Academy wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, an 8-7 defeat against Lakeview Charter on the 28th. As for Monroe, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Arleta on the 28th.
