Dylan MacDonald posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Monday. He struck out 16 batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned runs off seven hits (and only one walk). Considering he played a big game the last time he faced off against Pine Plains back in April of 2025, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock. MacDonald also tossed a walk, which is notable because Red Hook is undefeated when he allows at most two walks, but 6-7 otherwise.
