Basketball Recap: John Bapst Memorial Falls Short Against Ranked Ellsworth

On Tuesday, John Bapst Memorial faced Ellsworth in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The John Bapst Memorial Crusaders fell 42-32 to the Ellsworth Eagles. The Crusaders were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Eagles earlier this season, when they won 45-29.

John Bapst Memorial's loss dropped their record down to 9-5. As for Ellsworth, they pushed their record up to 11-6 with the win, which was their third straight at home.
