Softball Recap: Coolidge Yellowjackets vs. Abbott Panthers

Coolidge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They suffered a tough 16-0 defeat at the hands of the Abbott Panthers. That's two games in a row now that Coolidge has lost by exactly 16 runs.

For Abbott's part, Abby Neill was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk). Neill was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.
