Osborne has gone 9-1 against Natoma recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Osborne Bulldogs will square off against the Natoma Tigers at 7:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with 16 consecutive losses dating back to last season for Osborne and three for Natoma.

Last Friday, Osborne had to suffer through a 74-19 loss at the hands of Lakeside. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 347th, while the Knights are ranked 147th).

Meanwhile, Natoma scored the most points they've had this season on Tuesday, but it wasn't enough. They lost 68-45 to Pike Valley. The Tigers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 41-20.

Despite the loss, Natoma saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Colton Prowse went 5 of 8 en route to 10 points and four steals. Another player making a difference was Carsen Shadduck, who posted five points.

Osborne's defeat dropped their record down to 0-15. As for Natoma, their loss dropped their record down to 2-12.

Osborne came up short against Natoma when the teams last played two weeks ago, falling 43-30. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Natoma's Kelden Rubottom, who went 7 for 14 on his way to 20 points and eight rebounds. Now that Osborne knows the damage he can cause, will they be able to stop him this time? There's only one way to find out.
