Volleyball Recap: Bluffton Takes a Loss

Bluffton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the St. Vincent's Saints.

Leading St. Vincent's to victory were Ella Woelber and Kaylyn Gill. Woelber had four digs and four aces, while Gill had eight assists and four digs. That's the most assists Gill has posted over her last 16 matchups.

Bluffton's defeat dropped their record down to 7-14. As for St. Vincent's, their win bumped their record up to 26-7.

Coincidentally, Bluffton and St. Vincent's will both be playing South Effingham the next time they take the court. The Bobcats will head out to face the Mustangs at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Saints will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
