Spanaway Lake's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They strolled past the Federal Way Eagles with points to spare, taking the game 24-10. For the Sentinels, this counts as revenge for the 53-10 victory the Eagles walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2024.

A big part of Spanaway Lake's win came down to the chemistry between Jericho Martin and his top target Malik Burns. Martin threw for 211 yards and one TD on only 18 passes while Burns picked up 150 receiving yards and one score. Those 150 receiving yards gave Burns a new career-high. Cordae Cummings made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.
