Volleyball Recap: Paradise Comes Up Short

Paradise lost against Willows back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bobcats fell 3-1 to the Honkers. The Bobcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-13, 21-25, 25-12.

Brooke Gordon paced Paradise's offense, picking up three kills. Gordon got some help from Cabrie Clarkson and her five assists. Grace Meldrum and Kili Salinovich kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

Paradise's loss dropped their record down to 9-19. As for Willows, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-23.

Paradise has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Colusa on the 23rd. Willows does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
