Softball Recap: Klein Oak Wins Going Away Against Fort Bend Travis

Klein Oak got themselves on the board against Fort Bend Travis on Friday, but Fort Bend Travis never followed suit. They put the hurt on the Fort Bend Travis Tigers with a sharp 12-0 victory. The match marked the Panthers' most dominant win of the season so far.

Riannah Boulanger looked comfortable as she didn't allow a single earned run and only a hit while striking out seven over four innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in March of 2024.

At the plate, Maddie Hall was incredible, going 1-for-2 with one home run and three RBI. That home run marked the first that she's launched this season. Makenzie Berkman was another key player, going a perfect3-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

Klein Oak always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .600. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Klein Oak now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Fort Bend Travis, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2-1.
