California extended their road winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Malachi Peak. The Trojans took their contest on Friday with ease, bagging a 50-0 victory over the Carmichaels Mighty Mikes for which the team can thank Peak, who rushed for 133 yards and three scores on only ten carries. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.

Alan Dennis was another key player, picking up 89 receiving yards and a pair of TDs. He showed off some serious burst, cutting upfield on a catch for 57 yards.

One reason for the win was California's imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for five sacks. Carmichaels' QB won't forget Noah Layhue anytime soon given he sacked him three times. Layhue also set a new season-high mark in total tackles with 11.

California's record now sits at 6-1. As for Carmichaels, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Looking ahead, California will square off against West Greene at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Trojans will be up against the Pioneers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 33 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Carmichaels, they will challenge Avella at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Eagles' defense has only allowed 13.7 points per game this season, so the Mighty Mikes' offense will have their work cut out for them.
