Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Spencer Matteson and Alyssa Jansen Lead Central Arkansas Christian to Victory

Central Arkansas Christian lost to Malvern on Saturday, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Mustangs came out on top against the Leopards by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Mustangs.

Central Arkansas Christian was led to victory by Alyssa Jansen and Spencer Matteson. Jansen had 15 digs and four assists, while Matteson had seven digs. That's the most assists Jansen has posted over her last five matches.

The victory got Central Arkansas Christian back to even at 9-9. As for Malvern, their loss dropped their record down to 6-6.

Central Arkansas Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Harmony Grove on the 20th. As for Malvern, they will head out to challenge Mena at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
