Softball Recap: Uvalde Comes Up Short

Uvalde lost to Pleasanton on Monday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Coyotes might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 14-9 to the Eagles, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Uvalde's loss dropped their record down to 12-16-1. As for Pleasanton, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 18-14.

Uvalde does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Pleasanton, they will host Cuero at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
