Basketball Recap: Patel Takes a Loss

Patel was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They took a blow against the Seffner Christian Crusaders, falling 53-16. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Trailblazers of the 70-36 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in November of 2022.

Emerald White was Patel's leading scorer, having posted six points.

Patel's defeat dropped their record down to 1-14. As for Seffner Christian, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-3.

Patel will venture away from home to face off against Sports Leadership & Management at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Seffner Christian, they will face off against George Jenkins at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
