Basketball Recap: Seaforth Starts Season with Win Against Middle Creek

Seaforth gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Middle Creek Mustangs 67-24.

Despite the defeat, Middle Creek saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Caroline Herndon posted seven points.

Middle Creek's loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Seaforth didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 54-25 win against Apex Friendship on the 25th. As for Middle Creek, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 63-24 defeat against Apex on the 24th.
