Basketball Preview: Wellington School Jaguars vs. Fisher Catholic Irish

The Wellington School Jaguars will be playing at home against the Fisher Catholic Irish at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Nicholson has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last six times he's played. Malcolm Wade was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with five assists.

Even though they lost, Wellington School smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 21 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive rebounds they've managed all season.

Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Fisher Catholic's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell 53-40 to Newark Catholic. Fisher Catholic has not had much luck with the Green Wave recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.

Wellington School's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-10. As for Fisher Catholic, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-8.
