Volleyball Recap: Viewmont's Victory on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Viewmont had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Northridge Knights. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in March.

The final score came out to 25-13, 25-20, 23-25, 25-15.

Harrison Nagel paced Viewmont's offense, picking up 11 kills. Nagel got some help from Jonathan Williquette and his 27 assists. Nagel also made an impact serving: he shared the team lead in aces with Matt Welsh, racking up three apiece.

Viewmont's victory bumped their record up to 12-5. As for Northridge, their loss was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-11.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Viewmont will face off against rival Bonneville at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Northridge is set to square off against their familiar foe Clearfield at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
