Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Billings). They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat the Everton Tigers 85-24. Given the Wildcats' advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 293rd, while the Tigers are ranked 610th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

When it comes to explaining why Everton lost, don't look at Joshua Daniels. Despite the final result, he went 6-for-11 en route to 19 points and seven boards. What's more, Daniels also posted a 55% shooting accuracy, which is the highest he's posted since back in December of 2024.

Billings' win bumped their record up to 13-8. As for Everton, they dropped their record down to 1-22 with the defeat, which was their 21st straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought as the Wildcats face off against the Panthers at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Everton, they are taking a road trip to take on Hurley at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
