Volleyball Recap: College Prep of America Comes Up Short + How To Watch

College Prep of America was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Hinsdale Adventist Academy Hurricanes. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hurricanes this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 two weeks ago.

College Prep of America started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 22-25, 25-22, 25-11.

College Prep of America's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Hinsdale Adventist Academy, their win bumped their record up to 2-3.

Looking ahead, College Prep of America will square off against MCC at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Hinsdale Adventist Academy, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Islamic Foundation at 6:00 p.m. on the 29th.
