Baseball Recap: Straughn Comes Up Short

If Straughn was feeling good fresh off their 20-10 takedown of Brantley last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Straughn Tigers came up short against the Andalusia Bulldogs on Tuesday, falling 19-9. It was the first time this season that the Tigers let down their fans at home.

Saxby Radford was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring three runs while going 2-for-4. He has become a key player for Straughn: the team is 4-2 when he posts at least two runs, but 1-3 otherwise.
