After having lost a blowout in their previous game against West Limestone, Clements was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over the Elkmont Red Devils. The Colts haven't had any issues with the Red Devils recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Clements' win bumped their record up to 5-9. As for Elkmont, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-7.

Coincidentally, Clements and Elkmont will both be playing Decatur Heritage Christian Academy the next time they take the court. The Red Devils will host the Eagles at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, while the Colts will play them later in the day, at 6:30 p.m.
