 Marsing has enjoyed a three-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will  take on Vision at 5:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Marsing is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 7.6  runs per game this season.
 Last Saturday, Marsing was able to grind out a solid  victory over Fruitland, taking the game  8-3. The  win was just what Marsing needed coming off of  a  15-4 loss in their prior  match.
  Brooklyn Roadenbaugh made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound,   not allowing a single  earned run and  only two  hits while striking out ten over seven innings pitched. Roadenbaugh has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't  pitched less than five  innings every time she's  pitched this season. Roadenbaugh was also stellar in the batter's box,  scoring two  runs and  stealing two bases while  getting on base  in all four of her plate appearances.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Bailey Daugherty, who  went 3-for-4 with a  home run, three  RBI,  and two  runs.  Lily Thoene was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 2-for-4.
 Meanwhile,  the matchup between Vision and Notus  on Monday hardly resembled the  0-0 effort from their previous meeting. Vision was the clear victor by  a  33-9 margin over Notus.
 Marsing now  has a winning record of 3-2. As for Vision, their record now sits at 1-0.
 Marsing came out on top in a nail-biter against Vision  when the teams last played  back in April of 2023, sneaking past  9-8. The rematch might be a little tougher for Marsing since the  team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
