Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Randolph-Clay). They breezed past the Quitman County Hornets to the tune of 101-16 on Thursday. With that win, the Red Devils brought their scoring average up to 51.5 points per game.

Randolph-Clay's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Kamerria West led the charge by putting up 28 points and seven steals. Those 28 points gave West a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Zyiah Johnson, who almost dropped a double-double with 21 points and nine boards.

Randolph-Clay was working as a unit and finished the game with 20 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

The victory was the sixth in a row for Randolph-Clay, bringing their record for this year to 19-6. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 26.8 points over those games. As for Quitman County, they are on a 23-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-23.

Randolph-Clay has already played their next game, a 51-32 win against Calhoun County on the 13th. Quitman County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
