It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact North Myrtle Beach can now relate to. They took a 9-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chapin Eagles on Wednesday. The Chiefs' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Sadie Olson was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-5 with one triple, two RBI, and one run. Another player making a difference was Isabella Bruno, who went 2-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

North Myrtle Beach's loss dropped their record down to 15-11. As for Chapin, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-9.

Looking ahead, North Myrtle Beach will challenge White Knoll at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Timberwolves will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something the Chiefs surely won't give up without a fight. Chapin does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
