Soccer Recap: Muskegon Comes Up Short

Muskegon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They lost 12-0 to the Caledonia Fighting Scots. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Caledonia this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-0 back in April.

Muskegon's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Caledonia, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-5-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Muskegon will challenge Belding at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Caledonia, they will square off against Byron Center at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
