Josh Cordova Game Report: vs West Las Vegas

Passers beware: Josh Cordova came down with his first-ever interception on Friday and he's no doubt on the hunt for more. He also rushed for 73 yards as Santa Rosa took down West Las Vegas 14-7. We hope Cordova's good performance is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Cordova and Santa Rosa will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Capitan at 7:00 p.m. on October 3. The last time Cordova took on the Tigers, he rushed for 111 yards and three touchdowns, and also threw for 79 yards and one TD. Can he match (or beat) that stellar performance?
