Basketball Recap: Juniata Comes Up Short

If Juniata was riding high fresh off their 66-43 takedown of East Juniata last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Juniata Indians took a hard 63-48 fall against the Halifax Wildcats on Monday. The Indians have struggled against the Wildcats recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Juniata's defeat dropped their record down to 12-10. As for Halifax, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 16 of their last 17 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 20-3 record this season.

As of now, neither Juniata nor Halifax have any future games scheduled.
