Softball Recap: T.R. Miller Comes Up Short

If T.R. Miller was riding high fresh off their 13-7 takedown of Blacksher on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Tigers came up short against the Orange Beach Makos on Thursday, falling 18-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Tigers have suffered since April 7th.

T.R. Miller saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kylie Walton, who went 1-for-2 with one home run. That home run marked the first that Walton has launched this season.

T.R. Miller has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 17-17-1 record this season. As for Orange Beach, the win was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 38-2.

As of now, neither T.R. Miller nor the Makos have any future games scheduled.
