Basketball Recap: Chapel Hill Piles Up the Points Against Seaforth + How To Watch

Chapel Hill entered their tilt with Seaforth on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They took their game with ease, bagging a 65-33 victory over the Hawks. That's more bragging rights for the Tigers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Niko Davis continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 7-for-10 to rack up 17 points and three steals. That's the most steals he has posted since back in December of 2024. Another player making a difference was Jeremiah 'Juice' McIlwaine, who had eight points and six rebounds.

Chapel Hill was working as a unit and finished the game with 13 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Seaforth only racked up five.

Despite the loss, Seaforth still got an impressive performance from Declan Lindquist, who scored 16 points and five boards. The matchup was Lindquist's fifth in a row with at least 16 points. Patrick Miller was another key player, putting up five points and three steals.

Chapel Hill's record is now 3-1. As for Seaforth, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Looking ahead, Chapel Hill is packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will take on Carrboro at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Seaforth, they will challenge Woods Charter at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
