Basketball Recap: Community Christian Takes a Loss

Community Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They had to suffer through a 51-19 loss at the hands of the Christ Covenant Spartans. The match marked the Cyclones' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Community Christian now has a losing record at 5-6. As for Christ Covenant, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Trinity Christian the next time they take the court. Christ Covenant will head out to face Trinity Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, while Community Christian will host them at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
