Logan waltzed into their game on Monday with 11 straight wins... but they left with 12. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Poca Dots an 18-0 shutout. Considering the Wildcats have won eight matches by more than six runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Logan's victory was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 13-1. As for Poca, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-16.

Looking ahead, Logan will be playing in front of their home fans against Scott at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Wildcats 2.4, the Skyhawks 3.5) so any runs scored will be well earned. As for Poca, they will face off against Ritchie County at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Dots are facing the Rebels at the right time seeing as the Rebels are stuck on a ten-game losing streak.
