Basketball Recap: Kirksville Snaps Five-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

Kirksville won the last time they faced Westran and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Kirksville Tigers took down the Westran Hornets 55-40. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tigers.

Despite the defeat, Westran saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Cruze Haynes went 5 for 9 en route to 13 points.

Kirksville's win ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 10-5. As for Westran, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-4.
