Baseball Recap: Southwest Christian Wins Going Away Against West Lutheran

Southwest Christian barely beat West Lutheran the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Stars blew past the Warriors 15-1 on Friday. The Stars haven't had any issues with the Warriors recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Ben Lindberg was incredible, going a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run, seven RBI, and two runs. Those four hits gave him a new career-high. Braden Arsenault also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.

Southwest Christian always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .594. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as West Lutheran only posted an OBP of .368.

Southwest Christian's victory bumped their record up to 13-6. As for West Lutheran, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-11.

As of now, neither Southwest Christian nor the Warriors have any future games scheduled.
