Soccer Recap: East Rutherford vs. Burns
East Rutherford was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 4-1 to the Burns Bulldogs. Things were pretty much settled by the half as the Cavaliers were already down 4-0.
East Rutherford's defeat dropped their record down to 7-12-1. As for Burns, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-6-1.
East Rutherford is on the road again on Monday to play Polk County at 6:45 p.m. Polk County is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.1 goals per game this season. Burns does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
