Vela is 10-0 against Rowe since November of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Vela Sabercats will host the Rowe Warriors at 6:00 p.m. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Vela is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Sharyland just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They took a 44-35 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rattlers.

Meanwhile, Rowe ended up a good deal behind Pioneer on Tuesday and lost 57-39.

Vela's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 23-9. As for Rowe, their loss dropped their record down to 24-10.

Vela came out on top in a nail-biter against Rowe in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, sneaking past 51-49. Will Vela repeat their success, or does Rowe have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
