Basketball Recap: Springfield Christian Academy Beats Auburn Hills Christian for Their Sixth Straight Win

Springfield Christian Academy came tearing into Friday's match with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11.4 points) and they left with even more momentum. They strolled past the Auburn Hills Christian Cougars with points to spare, taking the game 36-17.

Springfield Christian Academy found their leader in sophomore Kaylin Zettel, who posted 17 points. Another player making a difference was Colbie Combs, who put up nine points.

Springfield Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Auburn Hills Christian, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season.
